Advanced product quality planning (APQP)
Plan, implement, test, and act on the results!
We already set the route for smooth production early on in the project phase. Important customer requirements from FOT to a production trial run are already input into the CAQ-assisted test planning at the start of the project. Due to early involvement of our APQP team, we prevent problems in series production from even arising.
Process/component validation
"A one-inch error at the start is a thousand miles lost by the end" as the Chinese proverb goes.
To check the dimensional accuracy of the produced components, high-precision measuring instruments and methods are used. Moreover, the specific measurement tasks are already clarified and coordinated with the customer in advance. To perform the measurements, we use WERTH multisensor machines and have access to expanded measurement capacity through experienced partners in the fields computed tomography CT, structured-light 3D scanning and other imaging test methods. Meeting all quality requirements relevant to the customer in line with a verifiable capable production process are the main criteria of our PPF/PPAP release process.
Quality surveillance
We produce quality and test it too!
The in-production tests agreed with the customer and the relevant intervals are not only monitored using our CAQ system BABTEC, but also documented without gaps. In our injection molding production, a large number of sensors and cameras monitor demanding production processes and critical customer requirements
